Group Therapy

The CBT Institute offers therapy groups and practice groups in order to increase participants’ ability to utilize therapy tools and exercises in their daily routines. Participants learn from others’ experiences, contribute to each other from their own experience, learn that they are not as different from everyone else as often they tend to believe, and receive additional ideas how to incorporate therapeutic tools on a day-to-day basis.
